MAMU'S establish in 1990 as small outlet now MAMU'S has became a symbolic name among Jaipurites... Albeit MAMU'S is a landmark itself in the pinkcity and doesn't need any verbal statement to publicize itself, still here we like to introduce you to mamu's new eatery hall named infusion, a chain of mamu's culinary services, indeed widely considered the city's most renowned and also we can call it classical emblem for restaurants in the city, as it has been in the run for almost 25 years now.
My journey so far... Name..Ashwini Joshi. As a young boy, studies were never a priority for me. Sounds different but It was cooking which was and have been always a passion for me, So then I decided to follow my passion and opened a very small fast food joint in the city named 'Mamu's Cafe' in 1990's. That was where I stepped into my dream world of cooking line.
Mamu's cafe has been attained best fast food favourite 'Danik Bhaskar reader's choice award' 2010,2011,2012, Best foreign flavour 'Danik Bhaskar reader's choice award' 2014, best restaurant by 'Zomato' in 2015. Because of the hunger to learn more and more, I always keep on trying my hands on new dishes.
My passion and my most adored dream turned into a much talked about brand in the town named 'mamu's Infusion' where I experiment with the authentic dishes by giving them a fusion twist. In 2019 'mamu's infusion' got declared the best Italian restaurant Two times in a row in our pink city by times food & night lfe award 2019 & 2020.
People accepted me and my zest.. And honestly because love of all of you, here I am.
